We want to walk this road with you!
Springer Family Foundation seeks to provide encouragement and a sense of community to as many families as possible. We want every parent to feel empowered to take on this new journey with confidence and joy. We'd love to help you learn more about Trisomy 18 & 13, connect you with other parents near you, assist you with determining what resources are available to you, and financially assisting those that have to travel for fair care. Find Community
Connecting with others that know what you're walking through is both comforting and powerful. Our journey has been largely shaped and guided by the stories and wisdom shared with us by other parents. Raising any child takes a village, but we know that it may feel hard to find your village with a diagnosis like trisomy 13 or 18. Springer Family Foundation wants to connect you with your village! We would love to schedule a phone call or zoom. On this call we will learn about your family, answer questions you have, and talk through your child's unique needs/diagnoses. We will also talk about the resources your doctors and hospital have offered/denied, as well as the programs available to you in your state!
We want to meet you where you are and understand that a phone call or zoom may be more than you are comfortable with at first. We have also found social media to be a powerful tool to connect families that may otherwise never cross paths. We have created a Facebook group for our families to join and connect with one another.

Going With Hope
Financial assistance for families traveling for fair medical care.
Because of our personal experience with denied any care options in our city, this cause is particularly close to our hearts. We want to empower all families to seek out the care their child both needs and deserves. We never want finances to stand between a child and fair care. If your child's medical needs are calling you away from home, click below to apply for assistance.
Resources In Your State
Under Construction
We are in the process of obtaining a list of the resources available to families with medically complex children in all 50 U.S. States. These resources may include Medicaid, supplemental income, respite services and more. Please stay tuned for our completed list! In the meantime, we would love to help you connect with a member of the community in your state to help provide this information to you. Please refer to the above section 'Find Your Community' to learn how to get connected.
